The Bad Ass Coffee Company of Orlando is a family owned and operated franchise.

Tom and Linda, the franchise owners, have been successful entrepreneurs helping companies all over the world to resolve customer service and management problems. In their off-time each year, they traveled to Hawaii to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery while sipping on Kona coffee. When the opportunity arose to be the owners of a Bad Ass Coffee shop, the only question they had was, "Where do we sign?"

Jennifer, manager and Tom & Linda’s daughter, is a recent graduate of the University of Florida. While earning her degree, she spawned the idea of having a Bad Ass Coffee shop of her own. Her loving parents helped her realize this dream.
